About Tradecast Building Services

Tradecast Building Services are a multi trade contractor based just outside Glasgow. We carryout works across Scotland and have been doing so for over 20 years. We work on behalf of many of the major house builders and housing associations, as well as numerous other domestic and commercial clients. We pride ourselves in delivering quality work consistently and this can be seen by the repeat business we get from many of our clients.

Tradecast are an SSIP accredited company. This means our health and safety working procedures have been assessed in line with government regulations, supported by the Health & Safety Executive. This gives our clients additional reassurance that we work in a safe manner at all times.

Our People

All Tradecast staff are highly trained and fully qualified, most of them with decades of experience. We employ a large number of experienced tradesmen covering various disciplines, so our clients get the best service with the highest standard of workmanship. We are also committed to working with CITB and Construction Skills to support and develop apprenticeships, helping to ensure we have the tradesmen we need for the future.
